Weld quality on the legs is very poor. Some have far too much weld and have clearly been ground back down in the corners. Some are very neat but most have excessive weld material spilling out of the joint. You probably need to have better quality control at the suppliers.

The chair is well made. The only issues with quality are the castors. They don't seem to roll very well on my carpet compared to another office chair I have. I bough a hard plastic mat to protect the carpet and underfelt and that seems to have solved the rolling issue. I find chair is comfortable. I find lambar support very good.
