Not to exaggerate but I bought this chair as I had really bad back issues and thought this would help and it did wonders genuinely. Massive for productivity as I don’t need to take as many breaks to stretch because of the pressure taken off my back. If you work from home or do any decent amount of sitting this is a game changer!!!! I got the pro with the footrest I would’ve paid double!!!! Buy this chair and your back will pay you dividends. Assembly was abit of a puzzle however nothing crazy.
I Love this chair, but at 6ft 2, the back is slightly not high enough. My shoulders touch the head rest. If the back could go higher, this would be a 5 start chair.
There's a lot of movement in the back section, and it doesn't go high enough; my shoulders are resting on the headrest. I also find the armrest annoying as you put your elbow down onto them the armrest flings upwards so your arm ends up slipping off the back. You should be able to lock the armrests in place as they move around a lot, I got to constantly readjust them back into place. The lumbar support is too low for me on the highest setting. I don't think the chair is right for me, but I have got rid of the packaging now, otherwise I would have returned it.
I’ve been using this office chair every day for long hours, often sitting for more than 8 hours, and it has been an excellent experience. The comfort is outstanding and stays consistent throughout the day, which is something I have struggled to find in other chairs. The ergonomic design really makes a difference. It supports my posture naturally, especially my lower back, and I feel much less strain even after a full day of work. I no longer get the usual discomfort that comes with sitting for such long periods. I also appreciate how adjustable it is. I was able to set everything in a way that feels just right for me, which adds to the overall comfort and support. This chair is perfect for anyone who spends a lot of time sitting at a desk. It is comfortable, supportive, and truly well designed.

Great chair with many adjustable parts to make it very comfortable to sit in for long periods. The mesh seat/back/headrest is very good quality and supportive. The build quality of everything is very high and well worth the money. I have two minor observations that could be improved. Firstly, the armrests can be moved too easily which is annoying when you have got them set to just how you like them. Secondly, there is no ability to temporarily lean back. In my work, I often find that I am typing and then reclining whilst I think. With this chair, although you can recline the back to 2 specific locations, you have to do so by unlocking the adjustment, then moving the seat to one of the two available positions and then locking it again. You have to reverse this action to sit upright again. Overall, I am pleased with my purchase.

Overall, it'is like the chair. Lots of adjustment and supportive and comfortable. However, in line with other feedback you've had, the armrests swivel far too easily. It REALLY affects use and enjoyment of the chair. I'd go so far to say that they could be dangerous, as if you eg lean on one to shift your weight, it will move and you could slip. I think this is a design flaw and they should be adapted to lock into the position you want. The other negative is that the screws holding the base of the arms to the seat base need regular checking. I have tightened them as much as I can but they have twice loosened up.

Easy to assemble. Really comfortable. Only issue for me is the footrest, It does not feel sturdy enough or come out far enough for me to feel truly comfortable while reclining. However the wife and kids also love it.
This chair is very well built and solidly put together. I chose it specifically because of my lower back problems, and in that respect it definitely does the job — it offers excellent support and comfort. The packaging is excellent, and everything arrived well protected. The instructions are clear and easy to follow, making the chair straightforward to assemble. All fittings and tools required are provided, and the quality of both is first class. However, a word of warning about the armrests. While they do provide a good range of alternative positions, they do not lock in place. With the slightest movement, they tend to shift around on their own, which I find quite annoying. Over time, this becomes a real frustration as the armrests seem to have a mind of their own. Overall, the chair is worth the money if you’re prepared to put up with the armrest issue. If the armrests had a locking mechanism, this chair would be close to perfect.
The chair is great so far. Very easy to assemble and appreciated the extras (+1 bits) that were included in the blister pack. It would have been useful to have a user manual that explains the chair positions, controls and benefits they have for sitting posture; I looked for something like it online but couldn't find anything.
It is decent. The lunar might be a bit awkward for some bit I like it. I do often use a cushion just above the lumbar in order to give me a more forward-seated position when typing. But overall it works well and the foot rest is a nice addition and is great for watching movies and relaxing

I can't fault the product and am very happy with it. The sales service was poor. Awful timing on promised delivery. Initial updates on this was poor as i jad to chase it up. Very pleased with the chair which is extremely comfortable and seems a lot better for my back. I was a little surprised at how much building I had to do when the chair arrived and the instructions could be a little clearer. Great chair though.
Very easy to assemble and super comfortable for home working days. It takes some time to dial in the chair because there are so many settings but once it's locked in, it's a dream. Arm rests do have a lot of movement depending on how you lean on them so that may be a point of frustration for some people.
The chair is extremely comfortable and has been really benefitting my posture in the short time I've had it. The support team were also excellent throughout the process in dealing with queries (thanks Daisy!)

Superb chair for those with herniated discs, it outperforms much of the competition, excellent work. However, I'm deducting one star (not too harsh) for the inability to 'fix' the height and pivot settings of the 4D armrests. As a result, if someone passes behind you, everything gets disrupted. The casters also tend not to roll easily due to the weight of the seat, which can be surprising at times if you need to move around. Perhaps it also lacks a notch on the backrest; it seems difficult to adjust, just like the armrests. The rest is a masterclass. Bravo

the product had defects. but because of their customer support, I give them a rating of 5 without hesitation. The product had minor defects that fortunately did not affect the usability of the product. they have repaid me with their excellent customer support. I have never experienced anything like this in 10 years of shopping on Amazon.
