Very comfortable
had the chair for about 20 days now and it’s just started squeaking already and the mesh on the back isn’t very comfortable when not wearing a thick shirt or it scratches and itches at your back. arms on this chair are way too low down in my opinion for desks as you have to raise your chair to keep your arms in line with your desk and you have to slouch over your desk to your screen because the chair is too high up. if you are looking for a chair to relax in i’m sure this will be fine but other than that i don’t think this chair is great for gaming or office work unless you get a monitor arm to hold your monitor higher.
Bought the chairs for my Dental Office and they are very ergonomical, however they just started squeaking after a few months of use.
So, overall we like the chair. I don't really care for the moveable arm rests, but might be nice depending on your size or how much you move in your chair. It is a very well made chair, with mesh as the main support. But it is super strong. I think it will hold up well, and you won;t have fabric wear or anything on the mesh. Can go up and down easily. Simply to put together. Nice chair!
The chair was very easy to put together, and the adjustability definitely surprised me. It is much bigger and weighs much more than I thought it would be, but it is well-made and the finish and quality look very good. The chair is very sturdy and moves smoothly, the seat cushion feels very comfortable, and the back support is excellent. Would recommend.
We replaced our office chair with this ergonomic office chair. My husband is working more from home and wanted a chair with some lumbar support. This chair did not disappoint. Feels like great material, and is easily adjustable to fit your height. The seat has a great cushion and is not overly firm. We did change out the wheels to roll better on carpet but the ones it comes with are fine. I also like the headrest! We are able to relax our heads in a neutral position to find some relief from sitting. Overall, great chair and very sturdy.
The chair is not bad, very basic for the price, it does not recline even though they say it does. The service has been very slow and the customer service even slower. They do not meet any of the deadlines they propose.
This chair is simply amazing. I use it each day for work and it feels extremely comfortable when im using it for long periods of time. The chair is adjustable and I can adapt it to where my monitor is. The back can be adjusted with even further comfort given by the panel to aid lumbar support. I prefer my armrests to be quite high so I can adjust them to how I need to. No issues at all, very comfortable and perfect for frequent office use.

I’m extremely satisfied with my purchase! The delivery was very fast, and the chair is not only beautiful but also comfortable. The grey color matches my bedroom perfectly. One of the armrest decorative covers arrived broken, so I contacted customer service. I was very well-attended; the team was super helpful and immediately sent me a replacement part. I’m very happy with the chair and the support I received. I highly recommend Sihoo and would definitely buy from them again!

This isn't my first Sihoo chair. I will always check these out first when I'm buying a new one. They're so comfortable, perfect for a long day at the desk.
The back support is amazing, lifted it to exactly where it is needed. One thing - arm rests should have a function of being locked in the position required rather than move but its a minor inconvenience.

Chair is comfortable, but can't get the lumbar support adjusted for comfort- it seems to dig in. Also chair is a bit small for a 6 foot 3 inch man.

My M102C Ergonomic chair was delivered promptly and all parts were present and, where applicable, clearly identified.. Assembly instructions very good, the only difficulty I experienced was getting the 6 screws connecting the seat cushions and armrests in place, but this was solved by experimenting with the tightness of the connection between the backrest and armrests. A little further slackening and all was well. The 2 sets of connections were then tightened down in rotation a little at a time. Whole process less than 30 minutes. Very pleased with the chair, very comfortable and excellent lumbar support.

Comfortable and good lumbar support
The chair has loads of great features but feels as if its designed for those taller than 5 feet 2" . The seat is a slightly too long and lumber support could be improved.
I recently bought this adjustable office chair and am generally very happy with it. The materials seem high-quality and durable. Assembly took minimal time and effort, which was a pleasant surprise. Delivery was prompt; the chair arrived quickly. The only, but significant, downside is a loud creaking sound when leaning the backrest all the way back and returning to the upright position. I hope it disappears over time or I can find a way to fix it. Otherwise, I really like the chair!
I’ve been using the M102C Office Chair for a few weeks now and overall, it’s a solid and supportive chair. The lumbar and neck support are particularly impressive – they offer excellent posture alignment, especially for someone like me who deals with lower back pain. The mesh back and adjustable headrest contribute to a comfortable and ergonomic experience during long working hours. However, I would highlight a couple of areas for improvement. The seat cushion feels a bit too firm, especially for someone like me who is 110kg, 37 years old, and suffers from lower back issues. A slightly softer or more contoured cushion would go a long way in enhancing seating comfort. The elbow/arm support isn’t a major issue, but it would be better if it was fully adjustable. Right now, I can make it work by adjusting the chair height, but I expected a bit more flexibility there. Overall, a great chair with strong ergonomic features – just a few tweaks away from being perfect.
Good back support, head team at too high for me at 5.3. Well packaged.
Nice and comfy with nice armrest features (with/without/adjustable), and a nice lower back rest. Only gripe is the head-rest, which appears to favour taller people. I'm 5' 6" (168 cms) and it feels like my head is being pushed unnaturally forward. I may remove the headrest if I can't find a comfortable position for it.
