We offer a 30-day hassle-free return and replacement policy from the date you receive your item(s).
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or replacement, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it. You must also provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
How to Initiate: Please contact our customer support team at uksupport@sihoooffice.com within the 30-day window to initiate a return or replacement. Provide your order number and details about the product and the reason for return.
Cost: Returns and replacements are FREE for damaged, defective, or wrong items. If you receive a damaged/defective or wrong product, please contact our after-sales customer service team within one week of receiving the goods and provide relevant photos of the outer box and product pictures.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 days.
